"Training Young People for Eternity"
Mission Statement
At Adventist Christian School, our primary aim is to provide students the opportunity to accept Christ as their personal Lord and Savior. With this goal in mind, students are challenged to achieve their highest potential academically, physically, socially and spiritually. Our Philosophy A belief in the existence of the Creator God is fundamental in the philosophy of Seventh-day Adventist schools. Our Staff
Our teachers are trained to provide competent instruction in the skills your child needs to succeed. Continuing education maintains the highest quality of the curriculum as well as ensures current teacher certification. In addition to the teachers, we have a qualified aide and volunteers who assist in the classroom. Program Enhancement Thanks to the strong support of volunteers, we are able to provide a well-rounded educational program with extras. We take numerous field trips throughout the year, including an indoor education program for several days each year. We offer a full music program with band, bells and recorders; a German class; drama class; and computer keyboarding. Who Can Attend? Any child of good character who wants to study in a safe, nurturing environment and agrees to support the standards of ACS will be considered. Three good references and the past year's report card must be received before the ACS Board will officially accept an applicant. Safe and Sound video presentation Additional links on this topic:
